At Masterhackers, we take security seriously and value the contributions of security researchers and our user community in helping us maintain high security standards. This policy provides guidelines for reporting security vulnerabilities.

This policy applies to all Masterhackers products, services, and web properties listed at:
- https://masterhackers.com
- All subdomains of masterhackers.com
- Our mobile and desktop applications

2. Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to us by:

- A detailed description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any proof-of-concept code
- The potential impact of the vulnerability
- Your contact information for follow-up questions

3. Response Timeline

We are committed to the following response times:
- Initial response: Within 24 hours
- Status update: Every 5 business days
- Vulnerability fix: Timeline varies based on severity

4. What to Expect

- We will acknowledge receipt of your report
- We will investigate and validate the issue
- We will keep you informed of our progress
- We will notify you when the issue is resolved
- We will publicly acknowledge your contribution (if desired)

5. Rules of Engagement

Please:
- Do not perform testing that could impact other users
- Do not access or modify other users' data
- Do not perform denial of service attacks
- Do not exploit vulnerabilities beyond proving they exist
- Do not share vulnerability information with others until we've fixed it

6. Safe Harbor

We will not take legal action against security researchers who:
- Follow this security policy
- Report vulnerabilities promptly
- Make a good faith effort to avoid privacy violations and service disruptions

7. Hall of Fame

We maintain a public hall of fame to recognize security researchers who have helped improve our security. Contributors will be listed (with permission) at https://masterhackers.com/hall-of-fame/

8. Bug Bounty Program

While we don't currently offer monetary rewards, we provide:
- Public acknowledgment
- Letter of recognition
- Special mention in our security researcher community
